Despite its central location just a one-minute walk from the centre of town, La Ginabelle 2 is set in its own grounds and therefore enjoys peaceful surroundings. It is a small block but has 2 ski hire shops, 2 bakeries and a restaurant and bar in the complex. The basement includes a secure ski locker. There is a secure car park space available for use. The apartment offers spectacular views up the Chamonix valley towards the Swiss border. There is a Chamonix Ski bus-stop 20 metres away which services the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley; a 10 minute walk takes you to the Le Brevent lift and the Aiguille du Midi station is just 5 minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage.
